RETURNS & EXCHANGE

All purchases are final from our end. There will only be Exchanges and no return.

We offer exchange with charges ₹150.
We offer exchange only if the product has manufacturing defects or has a size issue.
Exchange should be requested within 72 hrs of delivery.
Exchange Requests after 72 hrs of delivery would not be entertained.
Only the unused, clean products with Tag intacted would be accepted for exchange.

Exchange Procedure & Related Information:

We offer only one exchange per order, with charges ₹150.
Just message us on whatsapp about the exchange and we will arrange one.
The reason for exchange should be genuine and we have full rights to reject if we suspect any frudelent.
New product gets shipped as soon as we receive the returned product.
In case of return pick-up, if the area pin-code falls under non-serviceable category, then you will be informed & hence we expect you to send it via your local courier center. In this case, you will not be charged anything for the exchange process.

Size Related Information:

Exchanges are allowed only when there is a size issue or some genuine issue. One of some steps includes a quality check by the team & a video of the same is needed to confirm the exchange.
We reserve a right to decline the request if the product is used/damaged/without tags.
We provide exchange only one time, so make sure you are sure of the size. For assistance, we are here to help you.

Missing/ Wrong/ Damaged Products:

In case of Missing/ Wrong/ Damaged Products, an opening video of a parcel is mandatory to report missing / damaged/ wrong item from your order.
